What this website collects, who processes it, and how to ask us to remove it.

Only what you type into the enquiry form on the contact page. There is no other form on this website, and nothing is collected from you if you simply read the pages.

This website is a set of static pages with no server of our own behind it, so
the form cannot email us directly. When you submit it, the fields are sent to
Web3Forms, a
third-party form-relay service, which forwards them to our
info@indx-it.com mailbox. Your details therefore pass through
Web3Forms' systems, which are located outside Jordan, before they reach us.
If that transfer is not acceptable to you, please email or call us directly using the details above instead of using the form. Nothing is lost by doing so — it arrives in the same mailbox.
Once the enquiry reaches us it is held in our Microsoft 365 mailbox and, if it becomes an active opportunity, in our internal records.
We use what you send solely to answer your enquiry and, where it leads to one, to carry out the resulting engagement. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of a contact-form submission.
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are removed within 24 months. Where an engagement follows, the correspondence is kept for as long as that relationship runs and for the period afterwards that our legal and accounting obligations require.
This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no session tracking of any kind, so there is no consent banner to dismiss because there is nothing to consent to.
Fonts, scripts and images are all served from this site's own domain rather than from third-party CDNs, specifically so that loading a page does not disclose your IP address to anyone else. The one exception is the introductory video on the home page, which is hosted on Microsoft's content delivery network; playing it involves a request to Microsoft.
Our web host, Azure Static Web Apps, keeps standard operational server logs.
Pages here link out to LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp and Microsoft. Following one of those links takes you onto a service with its own privacy terms, which govern what happens from that point.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@indx-it.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK and are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
If this notice changes materially, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
